Prenatal Yoga
Inside you is an innate wisdom that intuitively understands about the very natural process of birth. I help you reconnect with this wisdom, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing.

Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga
Mom-Baby Yoga focuses on strengthening the spiritual, emotional and physical bond between parent and child. Using interactive, slow-moving postures the class is ideal for mommies and babies 4 weeks to crawling. Also offering Tot Itsy Bitsy Yoga (3 weeks to 4 years) and Mom-Tyke Yoga (21 months to 4 years)
Classes assist the development of your child's motor skills. Mom-Baby Yoga will help carry you smoothly through the busy early months of caring for a new baby.
These classes help women regain strength and energy that may have been lost during pregnancy. Classes specifically focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscle; releasing tension in the shoulders and neck; opening the chest. Classes also address common issues and concerns that may arise in this new chapter of life.
Kids Yoga
Ages 5-11
Also offering Teen yoga (ages 12-16),
Beginner Hatha and Power Yoga classes and Pilates.

Infant Parenting Class
I am a certified Happiest Baby on the Block instructor.
This class will teach you great techniques such as swaddling to help your baby transition from womb to world.
It will help your baby sleep longer and cry less. This class will cover all aspects of infant care. Cord care, diapering, feeding, calming techniques, sleeping and how to wear a baby in sling or carrier.
$45 and includes a Happiest Baby on the Block dvd.
