Only a few more days until we move! It is full on crunch time. I haven’t even started packing yet, I am in full on denial. One of the things I have some anxiety about from moving is having to meet new mom friends. Are they all gonna think I am weird (since I ate my placenta and all)? Will they think I am too pretty and not want to talk to me? (I talked about here how I have some issues with being noticed) This post made me laugh a bit to know its not just me that is anxious about entering the mom friend dating pool.
Oh my heavens, this is the funniest post ever! I read this the night of the morning I locked Penelope in the car with my keys and boy did it take all my worries away. Warning there is cussing, but it’s so good!
The Environmental Working Group just came out with their updated Dirty Dozen and Clean 15 list. It’s a helpful guide to help you pick and choose which produce to get organic if you can’t afford to buy all organic food.
Love this video of my friend Eddie Huang getting cupping done in Taiwan. I am so excited to be offering cupping to my clients now, it is amazing how healing they are. He is also the author of a very entertaining and interesting book, Fresh Off the Boat. I have known him since high school, so if you are curious about the group of kids I hung out with, his memoir will give you a little peek.
I tried out this recipe to make my own essential oil anti-bacterial spray and I love it. I did 30 drops of Thieves Essential Oil from Young Living, 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and then filled the rest of the bottle up with filtered water.
This post is beautiful, about a mom breastfeeding a toddler she just adopted.
Penelope has never been vaccinated and I don’t have plans to ever put a vaccination in her body, but I am not looking forward to the day she might get chicken pox. I don’t think I will do a Pox Party like this post is talking about, but it’s good to know about and have in the ‘ole information toolbox.
We had an amazing time in California last week, here are few pictures from our trip. Follow me on Instagram to see more.
