Happy Friday y’all! I am in Savannah, Georgia this weekend, learning all about Mayan Massage.
Every two years I have to do continuing education courses to keep my massage license current. I am super excited to see what it is all about.
I am also super excited that my Grain-free/Gluten-free Baking Cookbook is here! It was so much fun making this cookbook, creating and
ing recipes with Penelope and working on the layout with my awesome team at M+BL. The book is so beautiful!
LifeVantage, a company that I am distributor for that sells the amazing herbal supplement Protandim, just came out with a doggy supplement version! I so wish they had come out this sooner, and maybe it would have given Sky Dog a few more years.
How cool is this 3-D printer!?
This video was so funny!
Here’s a few Instagram shots from this week, I am MamaAndBabyLove over there if you want to follow me for more pictures!
The first of my flower bulbs are blooming!
Penelope started writing letters out of the blue and I am trying to keep her interest going and help her along. I found some cool ideas like the highlighter letters to trace on Pinterest and pinned them to my new handwriting board.
How cray-cray is this? That’s me there. On the cover of a magazine! It’s a small local magazine, for my tiny little town, but I am very pumped about it.
Here are few more nutrition and healthy living posts I enjoyed this week:

And here’s a couple places I was featured this week too:

Linked up with a reflection on the transformative love of motherhood
You are awesome. That is all.
Thanks for hosting!
I shared Preparing Beef Heart and Heart Kebobs Recipe. I originally made this recipe after we butchered our first steer but now I purchase beef heart from a grass fed beef farmer locally – it is just that good!
I also shared Kombucha – Continuous Brew Method which saves so much time!
Have a great week!

Dang girl! You butchered your own steer? That is super impressive. Thanks for sharing!
I started this blog to keep friends and family in the loop with my pregnancy and it has turned into something really special to me and a way to record and remember this special time! I have also found blurb.com, a website that can turn a blog into a printed book for long lasting hard memories!
Awesome! M+BL started in a similar fashion! I just wanted to show picture of Penelope and my craft projects and then realized it could be an outlet to share all my other information too!
Thank you for hosting this link party! There are really some great posts linked up. Sorry – the first time I linked (#10) I accidentally put my name and the name of my blog, rather than the name of my post. Feel free to delete it!! I love your blog – it is so honest and insightful. Have a nice night!
No worries at all! As you can tell by the blog, I am pretty laid back gal. Thanks for linking up!
Thanks for the opportunity to Link! I just recently started my own blog (with a lot of inspiration from you and your blog)! I have found it very therapeutic to write and to share and I love connecting with other moms. I linked to a post about how becoming a mother has made me a better, more compassionate nurse. I am a pediatric nurse and have had a lot of emotional growth since becoming a mother and it has directly affected how I do my job as a nurse and I really wanted to share that with people. Balance between work and home is a struggle for any working mother but do have a job that you love, makes it so much better =)
That’s awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Linked up with my word of the year: less. It has been a rough beginning of the year for us, and I didn’t intend on less blogging, but I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things!
Cool, thanks for sharing Sara.
I started this on and off about 2 years ago when I was going through getting rid of PCOS and because I was a teacher got MRSA, too. It was a huge blow. Anyways, after about a year of doing what the doctor said and it wasn’t working I did my own thing naturally. This site was created to showcase all that I have learned. It is taking a while and just recently been going full time. Quit my job as a teacher and trying to make it doing what I love!
AWESOME!!!
Great link-up! Thanks for hosting!
Thanks for letting us share our links!
Absolutely! Thanks so much for coming over to share!
