So wear a scarf even when it starts to warm up. I know when warmer spring weather starts coming you want to start ditching layers. Try keeping your scarf but ditching the sweater instead – that way the sun has access to your skin from some vitamin D too, which is just as important if not more so than vitamin C to keep your immune system working properly.
