My weight fluctuates 3 to 4 pounds through out the month, depending on what my diet has been like and where I am at in my cycle. If I am feeling a little puffy or flabby, I mix myself up a batch of this tea and I feel better the very next day.
This was inspired by a recipe I saw on Pinterest, but it was full of crap ingredients and extra sugar, so I wanted to see if I could experiment and figure out a recipe that lost the water weight, but didn’t have any extra sugar in it.
