I love this idea and am 95% sure I’m going to buy your book but the one thing holding me back is using l those plastic freezer bags. How do you justify that waste? I go out of my way to use reusable containers to freeze things, hold leftovers and for lunches. I hardly ever use plastic bags for anything because it makes me feel so guilty. I guess I could freeze the meals in containers but the won’t fit as well in the freezer and probably not the container either. Can you say something that will alleviate my guilt over the environment?!
I am like you, this is the only time I use plastic bags. I feel like I do A LOT to tread lightly on this earth and I figure I am allowed to do something that just make my life easier, when I am already going above and beyond most people. I would however in the future love to be able to afford big pyrex cassarole dishes with lids and use those instead. Those would take up way more room in the freezer however if you do that.

I bought the ebook yesterday and it won’t print out pages 57-58 & 59. HELP!!! If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Everytime I try to print it out it prints out page 53 and a couple other random ones. Crazy!
