I still have natural and healthy teeth on my mind, especially after my photo shoot. My teeth are pretty damn white and healthy, but they are not perfect. I have a cross bite and a few crooked teeth (even after having braces twice!). I came across this post with before and after veneer celebrity photos. Pretty much every single celebrity has veneers.
This ab workout looked fun, lots of ideas other than regular ole sit ups.

I am in love with Instagram. To me, it’s a peaceful verision of Facebook and Twitter. I love me some Facebook, but sometimes it can feel so crowded, loud and stressful (so many articles to read! photos that need commenting!), but with Instagram, a simple like is more than enough. I think Instagram has a lot of positive energy too, on Facebook you can get so many people complaining and sucking the energy, but on Instagram is all yummy food, pretty scenic shots, cute kid photos.
It’s very personal too, I love following my readers and getting to know them better and getting a little peek into their lives. In an effort to get to know my readers more, I thought I would do a weekly hashtag game so I can see more of your special photos. Each week will be a different theme.
So, I guess in honor of my new Nourish & Love YouTube webshow, show me a picture of how you are nourishing yourself this week. Use the hash tag #nourishingmama.
Here’s a #nourishingmama photo of mine last week:

You must write about your grain free cream cheese cookies (and share recipe) after you bake them! Sounds yummy!
you know I will!
hi hi!
so many things to say here…
first, i’ve been reading and loving your blog for longer than i should admit considering my lack of commenting. so thanks and sorry all at once!
second, the kissing hand! just got that book for my little boy… we’re starting preschool slowly right now. i couldn’t get through it without tearing up. it’s so sweet.
instagram. totally agree with you 100%. facebook is such a drain sometimes. too many opinions, proclamations, causes, issues, articles, commentary. i feel exhausted after looking at it sometimes. instagram on the other hand? simple, clean and easy on the eyes, easy on the soul!
and third, i have to say how much i love your blog. love love love it. such a wealth of info, such a like-minded mama.
i’m going to find you and start following you on instagram. i’m bixbixbix and my blog is http://bonzochoochandme.blogspot.com/
oh, and my next click is buying your e-cookbook!
