Love that this conversation is going on over at Doula-la. I wish more people in the breastfeeding community acknowledged that you can’t eat whatever you want and your body magically makes perfect milk. The quality of food you put in your body is the quality of milk you make for your baby. Women don’t like to talk about this because they are afraid it will make women give up on breastfeeding. That is just crazy to me. This fact is what inspired me to eat better! Let’s give moms more credit and tell them the truth.

I did another cooking segment on WCTV this week, I cooked up my grain free, eggplant parmesan. They asked me to be a regular, so every other Wednesday you will see my mug on TV cooking something yummy and healthy!
Tea Collection’s Fall clothes are out! I am in love with this dress they sent me. I am a dork and wore this dress to match the eggplants.
Back To School baby! Penelope started preschool 5 days a week this year. I am so excited to have so much time to work on my business and write. And I feel so blessed that Penelope is one of those kids who runs into her classroom and doesn’t even want a hug or a kiss.
Best Target dollar bin find to date. I am going to use these to hold party favors for Penelope’s Ballerina Party. The cuteness will be over the top. Can’t wait!!!
