Do you ever feel like you the life you are living, trying do everything at all once, be a good mother, a good wife, eat healthy, live healthy, do work you love, etc feels like you are making pancakes in a kayak? Homegirl from Overeducated Waitress is a vegan, but I love her. This post made me laugh out loud for a good 6 minutes. I kept picturing all of us mamas making f-ing pancakes in a kayak! In a kayak!

I will usually pull a card before bed and spend time in self reflection as I fall asleep. If you do this at night, be sure to pay attention to your dreams in the morning, if you have been self reflecting on something right before bed, your dreams can send you messages to help you gain some clarity about whatever you are thinking about.
